Iconic Designs
These iconic patented designs developed in 2015 reshaped how the entire hunting industry started making climbing sticks.
- The Fixed Double Step Climbing Stick
- The Angled Double Step
- The Antler Bracket Stand-Off
The ergonomically superior angled double step allows for superior safety, stability, and climbing in all types of trees encountered by today's mobile hunters. It is no surprise why the design is scene across the industry after its initial release by Beast Gear.
The superior tree gripping Antler Bracket Stand-Off design removed climbing stick kick out scene by the traditional V bracket stand-off brackets. The design has been mimicked across the industry due to its performance, reliability, and grip to the tree.
The fixed double step climbing stick design developed by Beast Gear has been patterned across several other brands due to its climbing efficiency, safety, portability, and overall performance. Beast Gear paved the way for how climbing sticks would be designed and developed.
Superior Tree Grip
The iconic design of the Antler Bracket Stand-Off allows for multiple points of contact as the Beast Gear climbing stick makes contact with the tree as the diameter of the tree increases in size. This design eliminates kick-out and allows the mobile hunter to hang and climb under a variety of conditions.
Our History
The Mobile Hunting Industry has seen a lot of change over the past 15 years with many companies claiming innovation on our patented designs. Our designs have helped shape an entire industry of products and the companies that make them. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, this is the reality anytime something is developed that creates a paradigm shift in how people use, and manufacture a product.
The original Beast Gear patented solid billet treestand was a simplistic version of our original design specs and allowed us to get the essence of the design to market while balancing manufacturing costs & capacity. Yes, other companies ran to market, making all shapes and types of the patented solid billet platform, but this is common across industries to imitate what is successful and market it as your own. One company even attempted to copy our patent, and subsequently submitted a patent on top of ours claiming priority, fortunately the patent office saw through this and promptly denied their claims.
Our Beast Gear climbing sticks reshaped how other companies design and manufacture climbing sticks over a half-dozen new or existing companies started manufacturing replicas of the features and capabilities we offered. That is when you know you truly delivered the type of innovation that fundamentally impacted the way mobile hunters use the gear in the field.
Beast Gear is very grateful for all the community support, shared knowledge, shared tactics, and shared teachings that have made the mobile hunting space what is it today. We have met many great hunters, customers, industry influencers, and business owners in our short history.
